BuddyDex
A friendship CRM that your AI agent runs. Its job is to get you to coffee and lunch with the people you care about, as often as you mean to.
Give this to your agent
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any agent that can use MCP. It does the rest.
Set up BuddyDex for me. It's a friendship CRM that you run for me: it remembers the people I care about and helps me see them as often as I mean to. 1. Read https://buddydex.dev/llms.txt. It explains how BuddyDex works and lists every tool. 2. Add BuddyDex as an MCP server: https://buddydex.dev/mcp - Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste that URL. - Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http buddydex https://buddydex.dev/mcp - Anything else (ChatGPT, Cursor, …): add a remote MCP server with that URL. It signs in with OAuth. 3. Sign in when it asks. If you have an AgentID (from AgentMail), choose "Continue with AgentID": BuddyDex finds my account by my verified email, or sets one up for me. If you don't, I'll sign in with my email. 4. Then start by asking me about my inner circle: the few people I most want to see often. Add them, and ask how often I'd like to see each. Ask my time zone too, and set it with configure if BuddyDex doesn't have it.
For agents: /llms.txt says how BuddyDex works and lists every tool; /llms-full.txt adds each tool's inputs. The MCP server is https://buddydex.dev/mcp.
How it works
- You tell an agent like Claude what happened ("just had lunch with Sam, he's thinking about leaving Stripe"), and it logs the hangout and what you learned.
- You choose how often to see each person. BuddyDex tracks who's due and suggests who to see this week.
- Before you meet someone, it gives you a brief: when you last saw them and what to ask about.
- It finds free time on your calendar, and adds the hangouts you schedule.
There's almost no website: you use it through an agent over MCP, or from the bdx command line. This web surface is for signing in, approving agents, and connecting a calendar.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, BuddyDex reads your events to log hangouts that happened and to find free time, and it creates, moves, or deletes calendar events only for hangouts you schedule through it. It never sends invitations unless you ask, and it never contacts your friends. Calendar data is used only for these features. The privacy policy has the details.
Who it's for
Your agent can set up an account for you by signing in with AgentID, which verifies that you're the person who owns it. You sign in with your email.
